Baked Brie In Puff Pastry

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 8 oz. brie wheel (or 2-4 oz. wedges)
1 egg beaten
1/4 c. butter
3 T. honey
2 tsp. walnuts, chopped
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface to 12" square. ( If using wedges, cut diagonally to form 2 triangles.) Place cheese on pastry. Pull up and fold puff pastry loosely to enclose. Pinch edges to gently seal. Press with fork to seal seams completely. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet, with the seam side of the pastry up. Brush with egg glaze. ( May be prepared up to 6 hours ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate.) Bake 15-20 minutes until golden. Meanwhile, combine butter and honey in small saucepan over low heat. Stir to melt butter. Spoon on platter and sprinkle with nuts and parsley. Place brie on top and serve.
