  Selecting Whole Bean Gourmet Coffees
    Gaviña selects only the highest grade of coffee available. Sweet Basil features Gaviña Coffees from the following regions:
    Colombia Supremo A mellow, excellently-flavored coffee with good acidity. The finest Colombian!
    Costa Rica Aromatic with a good body. A highly-flavored coffee that is great for blending.
    Moka Harrar Java A blend of Ethiopian and Indonesian coffees - exotic and aromatic.
    Kona Fancy Medium body and mildly acidic with a delicious buttery characteristic.
    Kona Blend Kona combined with an excellent. high-altitude Mexican bean for a heavy, rich flavor.
    Sumatra Combines smooth body and smoothness with low acidity. A rich cup of coffee.

  Special Roasts
    The type of roast you select impacts taste, body and color:
    French Roast The southern European style - strong, black and somewhat tart. A deep dark roast.
    Vienna Roast The northern European style - lighter but still very flavorful.
    Espresso Heavy-bodied, a bit frothy and deliciously spicy

    No chemicals are used to remove the caffeine! Gaviña's process uses only water and the decafs are 98% caffeine free.
